1. Acceptance and scope
By using FamilyOS, you agree to use the system only for legitimate family coordination, administration, financial recording, project management, farming operations, governance support, and shared record keeping. Access to the workspace is conditional on compliance with these terms and with family-specific rules applied by your administrators.
2. Account responsibility
You must use a valid account and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
You may only access data and actions permitted by your role and family membership.
You should not impersonate another user or try to bypass role or workspace restrictions.
3. Records and data integrity
Financial, project, meeting, and governance records should be entered honestly and reviewed carefully before major decisions are made. Reports, exports, and summaries depend on the quality of the records entered by family members and administrators.
4. AI guidance
AI Advisor outputs are advisory only. They should be used to support planning and discussion, not as professional legal, tax, accounting, medical, agricultural, or investment advice. Users remain responsible for validating important conclusions before acting.
5. Files, links, and shared materials
Uploaded documents, family media links, and external records should belong to the family or be shared with proper permission. You should not upload material that infringes privacy, copyright, confidentiality, or contractual obligations.
6. Misuse and updates
Access may be restricted where there is misuse, harmful conduct, or attempts to interfere with workspace integrity. FamilyOS may evolve over time, and these terms may be updated as new operational, legal, or security requirements arise.
